Return policy
You can send anything back within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange.
How to start a return
Email hello@sorburyanna.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and the paperwork to include.
Condition of the item
Please keep the garment unworn and unwashed, with the original labels attached and the tags still in place. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed or altered.
Sending it back
Use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Return postage is the customer's cost unless the item was faulty or we sent you something else by mistake.
When we receive it
We check returns within a few working days of arrival and let you know the outcome by email. Refunds follow the refund policy below.
