Refund policy
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, as closely as the payment method allows.
When a refund is due
We refund the price of the item and any original shipping cost once your return has arrived and passed our check, or when an order is cancelled before dispatch.
How long it takes
We start the refund within five working days of approving your return. Your bank or card provider usually completes it within a further five to ten working days.
Return postage
Where you send an item back at your own cost, that postage is not refunded. Where we sent the wrong item or the item was faulty, we refund the cost of sending it back to us.
If something is not right
Email hello@sorburyanna.com with your order number and a photograph of the item, and we will make it right.
